Window 10 based Raspberry Pi + video streaming

After I install the full window 10 in Raspberry Pi, I test the speed of processors via a real time video streaming.
Languages: Python, html
What are the setups?
Setup A: RPi + window 10 in SD card + touchscreen Setup B: RPi + Raspbian Linux in SD card + camera + TV

What did I do? Setup B transfers images to setup A wirelessly in real time condition

What is the delay in video streaming between these two RPi? Only ~3 seconds What is the algorithm? Setup A <=> Ethernet <=> server <=> WIFI <=> Setup B This awesome technology, window 10 based Raspberry Pi, was announced 2 months ago. Despite the "win 10 RPI" is not as fast as any XP computer, the "win 10 RPi" should be able to handle many small-scale applications such as thermal receipt printer...etc, as long as the immediate response is not concerned.
